South Korea Is Fully Exempt From U.S. Tariffs

President trump approved the 232 amendment to the trade expansion act, according to a statement released by the White House on April 30. South Korea has become the only country in Canada, Mexico, the European Union and other countries that have been suspended from high tariffs by the United States. Amendment is reported to agree with the south Korean production of iron and steel products shall be exempt from high tariffs 25%, but at the same time South Korea need to control the total export of steel products in the United States in 2.68 million tonnes (2015-70% of the average exports in 2017)
